We have been dreaming about buying a lot in this development for 3 years.  Our chance finally came at the beginning of August when the bank put the individual lots up for sale. It is a 1/4 mile up the road from where we live now. All 57, 2-acre lots sold in 2 weeks which was a very good sign. We spent a weekend deliberating over which one to buy, but I think Kim will debate with herself for years to come :)  Now we just need to save our pennies or win the lottery so we can build a home on it someday.
